1. Agreement to Policies

By registering for GGCL activities and events, you agree that you:

• Have read and understood all registration policies listed below.
• Accept and commit to complying with these terms.
• Consent to any decisions made by GGCL's organizing committee in accordance with these policies.

2. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

All registrants must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• Understand that false, misleading, or incomplete details may lead to registration denial, suspension, or cancellation.

3. Player Conduct and Commitments

Participants agree to:

• Respect fellow players, coaches, officials, and spectators.
• Follow all rules, regulations, and codes of conduct established by GGCL.
• Abstain from misuse of performance-enhancing substances or inappropriate behaviour.

Failure to uphold these standards may result in disciplinary action, including disqualification or suspension from GGCL events.

4. Registration Fee and Payments

By completing your registration:

• You acknowledge that any applicable registration fees (if charged) are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
• GGCL may change fee structures at its discretion but will notify participants in advance when possible.
• Registration is not considered complete until full payment and verification are confirmed.

5. Changes to Events, Teams, or Schedule

GGCL reserves the right to:

• Modify league formats, team assignments, match locations, or schedules at any time.
• Cancel or postpone any match, trial, or season due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, local regulations).

Such decisions are made in the best interests of participants and the league, and notification will be provided through official communication channels.

6. Medical Conditions, Injuries & Liability

By registering:

• You (and your parent/guardian, if applicable) understand and accept the risk of injury inherent to sports participation.
• GGCL, its staff, sponsors, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, medical issues, or related costs.
• Participants should seek medical advice if they have pre-existing conditions that could impact their ability to compete safely.

7. Data Protection & Communications

When you register:

• GGCL may use your contact details to send updates about matches, schedules, and league announcements.
• Personal data will be handled following GGCL's Privacy Policy and appropriate data protection standards.
• You consent to receive notifications via email, SMS, or other channels used by GGCL.

8. Indemnity & Legal Responsibility

Participants and guardians agree to:

• Indemnify GGCL against any claims arising from participation in the league.
• Release GGCL from liability related to injuries, losses, or damages incurred during league activities, subject to applicable law.

9. Final Decisions and Dispute Resolution

GGCL's rulings and decisions regarding registration, eligibility, scheduling, and conduct are final and binding.

Disputes or appeals must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified by GGCL.

GGCL may establish its own dispute resolution process at its discretion.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you:
