Refund Policy
Introduction
At Gali Gali Cricket League (GGCL), we are committed to providing a transparent and fair experience for all participants and supporters. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be handled for registrations, events, and services offered through our platform.
1. Registration & Participation Fees
All registration fees for matches, league participation, team entries, events, workshops, camps, or any other paid services are non-refundable once the payment has been completed and confirmed. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including injury, personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, or any other circumstances.
This policy ensures fairness and allows us to plan events and services effectively without financial uncertainty.
2. Event Cancellations by GGCL
If GGCL cancels an event entirely due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, safety concerns, or other force majeure events), participants will be eligible for a refund or credit depending on the specific situation and the options provided at that time.
In such cases, eligible participants will be contacted directly with details on refund options, credit usage, or event rescheduling.
3. Partial Cancellations
If an event proceeds in a limited format or is partially modified (e.g., shortened schedule, venue change), refunds will not be offered for the portion of the event that still takes place. Instead, GGCL may provide alternatives such as credits, transfers to future events, or similar accommodations at its discretion.
4. Transfer of Participation
Participants may request to transfer their registration to another eligible player or event (subject to availability and GGCL approval).
Requests for transfers must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. Transfers are subject to a processing fee, and additional charges may apply depending on the event's policies.
5. Requesting a Refund or Transfer
To request a refund (only in the case of event cancellation by GGCL) or transfer of registration:

- Include your full name, registration ID, event name, and reason for request
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
6. No-Show & Late Requests
No refunds or credits will be offered for no-shows, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations made after the event has begun or within 7 days of the event date. This includes registrations that have already been processed.
7. Modifications to This Policy
GGCL reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or business needs. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
